The views from the rooftop are a knockout, giving you a prime spot for those perfect sunset shots over the lake. The location is gold, just a short walk from major attractions like the City Palace and Jagdish Mandir, perfect for the on-the-go type.

Getting to the hotel can be a hassle, especially since normal sedans can't reach the entrance-best to hop off nearby and walk in. The rooms, while spacious, felt a bit basic and in need of a refresh. The air conditioning was louder than I'd like. The breakfast situation isn't ideal either. It's a fixed menu and served only at the top level, which requires climbing three sets of stairs. Lastly, I had a hiccup with the room's maintenance-mosquitoes made an appearance, and some supplies were slow to be replenished.

Actually the room was quiet with a window looking on an intrial "yard ", water bottle, as example.

Location just off the shops and tourists, city palace, and the railway station. A nice size and very well decorated rooms with a view, good services.

Beautiful, huge rooms with very large beds. The rooms are also very nicely decorated and the whole hotel has great decor. We had a lake-view room which was an additional bonus. Staff are a huge asset - they all made us feel very welcome and were extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooftop restaurant overlooking the lake has a view to die for and is a great place for dinner and drinks. Breakfast is tasty and there is lots of choice. Walking distance to all sights and monuments in Udaipur.

We loved the amazing views from the rooftop, but the Wi-Fi was spotty and the breakfast options could be much better. Still, our room was super clean!

Rooftop terrace view was fine. WiFi barely worked, frustrating.

The rooftop terrace provided a one-of-a-kind view of the lake and castle. The swimming pool area was impeccably clean.

We enjoyed exploring the local area for exciting water adventures like boat tours and shopping. The rooftop terrace was a favorite, soaking in the beautiful view of Lake Pichola.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options.

The heritage room offered fine lake views, a highlight . Noise from above was highly disruptive at night was nice. The breakfast selection was disappointing. It consisted of limited options and did not meet expectations. The staff's slow response to room supply requests added to the overall frustration.

Absolutely loved the delicious breakfast and the lovely, clean room we stayed in. The relaxing rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. One minor thing was that the hot water wasn't consistent, so it’s good to check the timings. 😊

It was just a smart choice for a city holiday in Udaipur with good value. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. Check out the local tours offered, as they provide fantastic insights into the area.

Loved chilling at the rooftop bar with very nice views, and the breakfast was tasty. The super nice team, even organized a local tour for us! Just a heads-up, it can be tricky getting to the entrance, so brace for a short walk! Had a blast.

The rooftop pool's view is amazing, and the spacious rooms. We even caught a fine sunset from the terrace!

The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, with access to the main attractions. The rooftop area is a good space for relaxation with great lake views. The Heritage Beautiful Room is spacious, clean, and maintained its cultural authenticity-definitely felt pampered !

The entrance can be tricky to navigate. A short walk is needed from nearby where vehicles can't reach.
